I’ve been building websites for over a decade but I still struggle with (and hate) some of the technical stuff like email setup and DNS. I’m so relieved I found Amr & HumanTalents. They’re prompt, efficient and excellent at communicating what they’re doing, when tasks will be completed and what things they need from me to complete the job — even providing video instructions when I’m unsure how to do something. Amr helped me when I knew I wouldn’t get timely help from my past web developers. I was moving hosting companies and the hosting company I left never would have responded to me in such a timely, responsive manner as Amr did. I would have been stuck and he really helped unstuck me! I can’t recommend Amr enough. As well as being friendly and approachable, he is super knowledgeable about all things ‘internet’ – he really is the internet guy! I was having some issues with hosting, emails, and a client’s website, and couldn’t figure it out myself. Amr looked into it, optimised my hosting, made email recommendations, and even fixed a couple of sites that happened to go down because I got a bit gung ho with my php updates!!! Amr is a fantastic resource for other designers! His knowledge is vast, he is patient, he is speedy and he is thorough. He’s helped me troubleshoot difficult issues and he’s fixed problems I missed (training me along the way).
